New Comet Could Be Visible in Broad Daylight This April
Comet C/2026 A1 (MAPS), a Kreutz sungrazer, could become a spectacular sight in early April.
A newly discovered comet has astronomers excited. C/2026 A1 (MAPS) is a Kreutz sungrazer that will pass within 120,000km of the Sun's surface in early April. If it survives, it could become bright enough to see in broad daylight.
